We offer 6 broad service areas, each corresponding to our skillset:
SKILL 1: Business review, planning and development. Providing support that ensures that resources are used effectively and responsibly to deliver long term results and impact for our clients.
SKILL 2: Undertaking research and market research projects to understand your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. We analyse data and intelligence, can provide valuable insight and help inform your future plans.
SKILL 3: Undertaking feasibility studies to explore the scope for project or service development.
SKILL 4: Evaluation. 6 SKILL, and the team, have led on a number of evaluations for clients in the Liverpool City Region, in other regions of the UK and for clients delivering EU funded projects.
SKILL 5: Project Cycle Support. Developing and managing projects successfully, irrespective of size throughout the project lifecycle.
SKILL 6: Funding support. Be it bid development or bid writing to bid writing training or tender development and tender assessment.
